Features

The X-presso platform contains a growing number of apps:

1. Claims Viewer - launched February 2013

Claims Viewer gives users on the carrier side of the market portable access to claims data and documents on the IMR via their iPads. Access is pervasive – users can connect wherever, whenever via 3G or wireless internet. Once downloaded, documents can be viewed securely offline and annotated locally using our bespoke PDF viewer.
Existing ECF2 users can log in to Claims Viewers using their usual credentials.

2. IMR4Brokers - Launched August 2013

IMR4Brokers gives broking users mobile access to all IMR documents – both policy and claims. Users can search for, view, download and work with policy and claims documents from the iPads. Like Claims Viewer, access is pervasive - users can connect wherever, whenever via 3G or wireless internet and once downloaded, documents can be viewed securely offline and annotated locally using our bespoke PDF viewer.
Brokers with Full Access licenses for the IMR should contact the Xchanging Service Centre to receive their login credentials. Please see details below.

3. Xchanging Recovery Marketplace - Launched April 2013

The Xchanging Recovery Marketplace app has dual functionality: users can submit a piece of salvage for sale to be managed by the XRM team and they can take a tour of the service to find out more about what the service is, how it operates and why customers choose to use it.

4. X-presso newsfeed – launched February 2013 and updated regularly with new feeds
X-presso aims to provide valuable and relevant content to users. The configurable newsfeed, accessible from the X-presso homepage presents new stories from industry organisations and industry news sources on a single live feed.
